These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of beauty machines and training courses (hereafter referred to as “Products”) offered by secret diamond academy  (hereafter referred to as “the Company”). By purchasing our Products, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions

1.1 “Consumer” refers to an individual acting for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside that individual’s trade, business, craft, or profession.  

1.2 “Contract” means the contract between the Company and the Consumer for the sale of Products.  

1.3 “Order” refers to any request made by the Consumer for Products.

2. Orders

2.1 All Orders are subject to acceptance by the Company.  

2.2 The Company reserves the right to refuse an Order for any reason.  

2.3 Upon acceptance of an Order, a confirmation email will be sent to the Consumer.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Prices for Products are as stated on our website and may fluctuate.  

3.2 The final price will be confirmed at checkout.  

3.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of order unless finance or lease to buy is in place. 

4. Delivery

4.1 The Company will deliver Products to the address provided by the Consumer.  

4.2 Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors outside the Company’s control.  

4.3 Risk of loss or damage to Products passes to the Consumer upon delivery.

5. Consumer Rights

5.1 Consumers have the right to cancel the Contract within 14 days of receiving the Products or course materials, without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.  

5.2 To exercise the right to cancel, the Consumer must inform the Company of their decision to cancel by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). They must then return the product within the 14 days to receive a full refund. The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging when returned. 

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 The Company accepts returns of Products in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.  

6.2 Training courses may be cancelled up to 14 days before the course start date; after this period, refunds will not be issued.  

6.3 The Consumer will bear the cost of return shipping unless the Products are faulty or misdescribed.

7. Warranty

7.1 The Company warrants that the Products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery.  Consumables ie handles are 6 months. 

7.2 If a defect arises in the warranty period, the Company will repair or replace, at its discretion, the defective Products. This will be completed within 14 working days. 

8. Liability

8.1 The Company’s liability to the Consumer for any loss or damage shall be limited to the purchase price of the Product.  

8.2 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the purchase or use of its Products.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.  

9.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.

10. Amendments

10.1 The Company retains the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to the Consumer prior to the completion of any Orders placed thereafter.
